Zeocin是Phleomycin D1的商業(yè)名稱,是從輪枝鏈霉菌Streptomyces CL990分離得到的一種銅螯合的糖肽抗生素,Zeocin通過(guò)嵌入DNA使其斷裂而導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞死亡。Zeocin在細(xì)菌、真核微生物、植物細(xì)胞和哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞上均能發(fā)揮活性,用于篩選攜帶Sh ble基因的轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞。
